SPECIAL ACT THAT ASSIGNS EXTRA RESOURCES TO THE CHILDREN'S 
DEVELOPMENT FUND (FODINFA)

It is assigned to FODINFA, created through Act No. 92, and issued in the Official Gazette No. 934 of May 12, 1988, resources originating from the following sources:

• Additional tax of 0.5% ad-valorem CIF to imports, except those imports tariff items related to products used for the preparation of human and veterinarian consumption.

• From the auction or direct sale of merchandise declared in express abandonment, and in administrative confiscation.
