RESOLUTION No. 003

The Tariff Quota Committee, established by Inter-ministerial Agreement No. 063, issued in the Official Gazette No. 279 of March 19, 1998, based on empowerment shown in such Article and dispositions compound in the Internal Regulations aproved in May 19, 1998, according to Resolution No. 002;

Art. 1.- To approve the proposal submitted by Eng. Wilson Hidalgo, Representative of the Hard Corn Traditional Importers' Associations, compound in the enclosed annex.

Art. 2.- That the Under-secretariat of Policy and Sector Investment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock authorizes quotas imports, according to what has been approved by the Tariff Quota Committee.

Art. 3.- To establish a period of quota imports for Hard Corn, beginning in May 20 up to July 31st of the same year, until when all refered imports could be admitted.
