The SICA Project, dependent to the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Office, financed with the World Bank's funds, has inverted time, money, and efforts in subscription agreements with many other institutions in order to acquire data bases, services contracts, AS WELL AS subscription to other information. It has also implemented information according to the SICA's users needs.
